“My relationship with Lime began as a recruiter, but has developed into a safe place where I’ve been able to connect more with other parts of myself. As a Black Queer man who has had a mental health awakening, there aren’t many mediums to express my whole experience. Lime Connect not only gave me a platform to share my journey with mental health as a professional but allowed me to use my story as a light of inspiration for Lime Fellows, a Black Voice of Lime, and a group leader for the Lime Network Black Community Group. I’d like to encourage more students and professionals of color to join Lime for a truly powerful, life-affirming, and inclusively equitable Network and experience with a team and leadership who really get the big picture!”
