*An individual with a visible or invisible disability is defined as someone who has, or considers themselves to have, a long-term, or recurring, issue that impacts one or more major activities that others may consider to be a daily function; this definition also includes the perception among others that a disability exists. We know that 90% of disabilities on campus are invisible, as are the majority of those in the workplace, and individuals with all disabilities are encouraged to apply.

More About #IntheLimelight
The #IntheLimelight video contest was inspired by Lime Connect special advisor, Vint Cerf – Google’s Chief Internet Evangelist and “One of the Fathers of the Internet. As a leader in the disability community, Vint noted the serious lack of content around the experiences and success stories of people with disabilities. Lime Connect and Vint share the belief that sharing these stories will help to dispel misconceptions and highlight the value that individuals with disabilities bring to the world, universities, the workplace, and beyond. Lime Connect launched the first video contest in July 2017 with Vint Cerf as the sponsor.
