Another win for Lime Connect: Network members win $100,000 in the Blackstone Gives Back Challenge
This week, Network members made the Lime Connect Team extremely proud during final presentations for Blackstone’s Give Back Challenge in New York City. This team of 10 had an expedited timeline to put together a dynamic presentation to pitch why Lime Connect was deserving of support.
With Lime Connect CEO, Susan Lang, Board Chairman Emeritus, Tom Wilson, Director of Professional Development, Rene Forsythe, and board member, Jason Capili, in the audience, this dynamic team earned the 2nd place prize and $100,000 to be donated to Lime Connect.
Funds received from this challenge will be used to further the development of our platforms and programming for students and professionals with disabilities.
