We emphasize creating an inclusive community by leading with our values of trust, belonging, and empathy.
Workforce Navigators – Salesforce has an entire team dedicated to the Workforce Navigators program, which supports and enables programs, like Lime Connect, that train professionals with disabilities, ensuring they are equipped with in-demand Salesforce skills and certifications. Additionally, this group provides a supplemental curriculum for users of assistive technology, support accommodation requests, and provide job seeker support for Trailblazers with disabilities.
