The Lime Connect Fellowship Program for Students with Disabilities is our flagship program in the U.S. designed for highly accomplished rising juniors/current sophomores with disabilities.

This leadership and development program prepares Fellows to navigate the summer internship process, provides introductions to Lime Connect’s corporate partners for potential internships and future career opportunities, and welcomes them into the Lime Connect Fellows community.

The Fellowship Program kicks off with virtual learning and coaching opportunities designed to prepare Fellows to make the most of the 3 ½ day in-person leadership symposium in New York from July 30th to August 2nd. In NYC, Fellows will spend time meeting with leaders from Lime’s corporate partners, networking for career building opportunities, and deepening relationships with other Lime Fellows.

Upon “graduation” from the program, Fellows become part of the larger Lime Connect Fellows Community and have access to ongoing professional development, community, and networking opportunities throughout their careers.

Eligibility - To be considered, you must be:

• A current sophomore (class of 2028) at a four-year university in the United States
• Continuing studies as a full-time student for the 2026 - 2027 academic year
• Eligible to work in the United States
• A person with a (visible or invisible) disability*.

How to Apply:

Current university sophomores/rising juniors in the United States must register or log in as a Network member (new accounts may take up to 1 business day to be approved for full application access). Once logged in, visit the "Jobs and Programs" section and select the Fellowship Program from the highlighted opportunities. Next you will follow the listed instructions for submitting your application and letter of recommendation.

Applications are due by Friday, February 27th at 11 PM ET

Letters of recommendation are due by Wednesday, March 4th at 11 PM ET
